You won

My best friend, wife, and an amazing mother has left behind the hurt of this world. She now abides in the comfort of her first and truest love. Oh sweet soul, my Jugi, how I will miss your smile.

  1. Dear Ethan & girls,
Our family is praying for you in the days and weeks to come, and mourn with you at the loss of this amazing woman. May our Lord Jesus hold you close in His arms and provide the comfort and peace that only He can!

  2. May we all be so strong, so fervent and so faithful. No better words than her own…
I thank God. I praise Him for time. I try to consciously remind the girls that we are to recognize this day. For this energy. For this time. And when the time comes that it looks different, He will still be my presence, my peace and I will still stand and praise Him. My heart’s desire is that you will too. Through the grief. Through the disbelief. Through the unthinkable. That you will be filled with His love, know that His love is good and He will be enough.

  3. Our family and prayer network are praying for you and your family during this difficult time. May the Lord wrap his arms around you and hold you close. Love and light.

  4. I am soooo sorry, Ethan. What a legacy she has leaves in regard to trusting, hoping and living out her Christian walk. You and your family are in my prayers!

  9. Ethan,
I am heartbroken for you and your precious girls to lose this amazing woman who loved you all so. She was and will continue to be a great inspiration and example of how to follow and trust Jesus, while at the same time fighting for life here. She, as you stated so well, is safely in His arms and enjoying His presence in fullness that we can only imagine. She has left behind a rich heritage for her children and all who admired and loved her. She will be greatly missed, but not forgotten. She has left her mark on this world that we are all passing through, and has fought the good fight in a way that truly honors her Lord.
I will continue to pray for you and the girls in the coming months – for God’s mercy and grace and comfort that only He can give.

  10. Ethan,
My heart breaks for you and the loss of your beautiful wife and partner. She fought the good fight with courage and faith. One of my favorite gospel songs says, God is taking us, one by one and this is not our home. Julie believed this and it gave her strength. I hope you find the strength you need each day to find and celebrate something she would have loved and share it with your girls so she can live on in them.

  11. Kenneth and I were so sorry to hear about Julie. We know you will miss her very much. We will pray for you to heal through grief.

  12. My sincerest condolences and prayers are with Julie’s family and friends. May God bring you comfort and peace during your grieving.
